Toll and its horrible service

Ok, so I get a card to call through the mail to tell me that they couldn’t deliver a package (shoes I had ordered) and that I can email them or phone them to notify whether I want to pick up from a depot or get it redelivered. Ok, I came home late, rang up and found that it was after hours – cool beans, I’ll go onto the Toll website and find a local depot to pick it up from. Nope, not a single bloody link to tell me where the local depot is to pick it up from – how am I, as an end person supposed to get that information? you think it is some sort of giant secret that you only give your location to the chosen few? really, who the hell operates a business like this? Come on Toll, get your act together!
